TFO/TECMO RULES
TEAM CREATION & MANAGEMENT:
1. Each TFO Team will be made of 30 players. 11 Offense Starters, 6 Offense Backups, 11 Defense Starters, 1 Kicker, and 1 Punter
2. No season team is allowed to have the same named player on their team. Nor are they allowed to have the same name as a TFO Hall of Famer.
3. Only QBs, RBs, WRs, and TEs can be injured. A player cannot be injured if they do not have an available applicable backup for the position.
4. Return from injury reports can only be submitted the day of a game. So you will only know if a player is returning right before the game beings.
5. Offense formations are static; WR1 will ALWAYS be at the top of the screen and WR2 will ALWAYS be at the bottom.
6. Defensive formations are mirrored; Right positions will ALWAYS be at the top of the screen, Left positions will ALWAYS be at the bottom (This means if you are going from the left side of the screen to the right side of the screen your defenders will be opposite; Right side will actually be Left).
7. All TFO Owners will will need to have filled out an official TFO Team Application.
ON THE FIELD RULES:
1. There are no on field penalties.
2. There is no instant reply.
3. Teams are not permitted to run out the clock; all teams must play full throttle until all time has expired.
4. Games are played in 5min quarters. Normal NFL rules apply (4 downs, 10 yards for a first, etc).
5. If at the end of 4 quarters the score is tied then we go to a sudden-death overtime where the first team to score wins.
6. If a regular season game ends in an overtime tie then a tie is awarded to both teams.
7. No Kickoff Touchbacks (for the computer)
8. Punt Touchbacks automatically if punt goes into the endzone.
9. The refs rulings are final.
10. There are no rules against PEDs, Power Ups, or other creative antics.
POST SEASON RULES:
1. The top team in each Division will make the playoffs, along with 2 additional Wildcards from the same Conference.
2. Wildcards are determined by Win/Loss record. If tied then the team who has scored the most pts vs opponents will be used as a tie breaker.
3. Post-Season overtime will have no time limit.
